Timeline:

• Nominations must be submitted to the Election Chair (Julie Brown, Julie.Brown@coffman.com) no later than April 6th, 2026.
• Voting will take place via virtual ballot the week of May 11^th, 2026.
• Elected officers and board members will begin their term on June 1^st, 2026.
• Elected officers and board members term will end on May 31^st, 2027.

Chapter Board Roles and Responsibilities

The following is a brief summary of chapter officer and board member roles and responsibilities.

President

• Prepares agenda for chapter board meetings
• Presides over chapter board meetings
• Ensures board adheres to constitutional bylaws
• Makes announcements at chapter meetings
• Assists with website maintenance

Vice President

• Procures speakers for each chapter meeting
• Manages events on website
• Sets up virtual meetings/webinars
• Presides over chapter board meetings in the absence of the President
• Acts as emcee during chapter meetings
• Assists with website maintenance
• Attends and contributes to monthly 1-hour chapter board meetings

Secretary

• Records meeting minutes during board meetings
• Monitors chapter email account
• Communicates important notices to chapter contacts and membership
• Submits to ICC for CEU credits after each chapter meeting
• Assists with website maintenance
• Attends and contributes to monthly 1-hour chapter board meetings

Treasurer

• Manages finances for chapter
• Provides monthly financial update at each board meeting
• Attends and contributes to monthly 1-hour chapter board meetings
